To access the fuse box, look to the left of the steering wheel and search for a small seam or crack along the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it up. Inside, you will find a group of fuses. On the back of the panel you opened, there should be a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, you can also refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you have identified the needed fuse, simply remove it. Check if the two sections with a thin strip of metal between them are intact. If the strip is broken, the fuse is no longer functional and needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are typically inexpensive, costing around 10 dollars.
