To access the fuse box in your car, first locate it to the left of the steering wheel where there is a small seam or crack along the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to carefully open this panel. Inside, you will find a collection of fuses. On the back of the panel, there should be a diagram that explains the purpose of each fuse. If this information is not there, you can refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you have identified the fuse you need, simply pull it out. Check if the metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact. If it is broken, the fuse is faulty and should be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are affordable, usually around $10.

In my 2011 Nissan Cube, you can find the fuse box for most circuits on the left side of the dashboard, near the steering wheel. It is visible and accessible only when the driver's door is open.

In the 2010 Nissan Cube, there are two fuse boxes. One can be found under the hood, and the other is situated beneath the dashboard, right below the steering wheel.
