To access the fuse box in your vehicle, look to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to gently open it. Inside, you'll see various fuses. The back of the panel you opened will have a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, you can find it in the owner's manual of the vehicle. Identify the fuse you need and remove it - the two metal sections should be connected by a thin strip. If the strip is broken, the fuse is faulty and should be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, usually around $10.

There are a total of three parts: two have been brought up already, while the third one is also located under the hood, right across from and on the opposite side of the engine, near the oil dipstick and the brake fluid reservoir.
