In the 2013 Ford Edge, the back-up camera fuse is situated in the passenger compartment fuse box located behind the trim panel in the driver's side footwell. Specifically, it's number 34 with a 10A amp rating. This fuse not only operates the back-up camera but also powers the reverse sensing system and the blind spot monitor. Another important fuse in the same circuit is fuse 29, responsible for powering the display screen. The camera itself is positioned at the center of the liftgate and is a feature that's exclusively available on the SEL and Limited trim levels as an optional upgrade. To equip your vehicle with the blind spot monitor, consider getting the Vision Package which also provides cross-traffic alerts. In case replacements are necessary, the camera fuse typically costs between $15 and $20, while the display fuse is priced at approximately $12 to $18.
