In the 2000 Mercedes-Benz S500, there are three separate fuse panels to handle various electrical components. You'll find two of them under the hood in the engine area, while the third one is located behind the rear passenger's side seats. Figuring out the specific location of a fuse or relay can be a bit tricky. The fuse for the blower motor is situated in the engine compartment on the fuse panel closest to the passenger's side, typically at position 33 according to a diagram. If you don't have a diagram, you can still locate it by looking for a group of three fuses on the far right of the panel. The fuse at the far-right of this grouping is associated with your recirculation unit and also controls the blower motor.
