In your 2006 Jeep Liberty, the fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in the interior fuse panel on the driver's side of the dashboard. You can access it by opening the driver door and removing a small plastic panel. There are two fuses - one for the front plug and one for the rear. The front plug is controlled by a 20 amp yellow fuse labeled "Cigar Lighter" (#3), while the rear outlet is powered by a 20 amp yellow fuse labeled "Power Outlet (Rear)" (#16). Make sure to replace any blown fuses with the same amperage rating; using a higher rated fuse is not recommended.
