In a 2011 Chevy Silverado, the cruise control fuse (number 34) is located in the engine compartment near the front end under the hood on the right side. To activate the cruise control system, use the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. Press the ON button, accelerate to your desired speed, then press SET-. Once your speed is set, release the accelerator and a cruise control indicator will appear on the instrument panel. To deactivate the system, press the brake pedal, the cancel button, or the ON button. To resume a saved speed, accelerate to at least 25mph, hold RES+ until the desired speed is reached, and release. You can increase speed by 1mph by pressing RES+ or decrease it using SET-. Holding SET- will further decrease the speed.
