To replace the headlight fuse in a 2016 Ram 1500 truck, you'll find it in the fuse box located in the front left corner of the engine compartment. First, open the hood by pulling the hood release lever, which is situated directly beneath the steering column at the bottom of the kick panel. Once the hood is unlocked, exit the vehicle and go to the front of the truck. To access the fuse, reach between the top of the grill and the bottom of the hood. Move the hood latch to the left and lift it up. The specific fuse you need is located in cavity 10, and you can refer to the diagram on the back of the fuse box lid to locate it. The fuse is a Jcase style, and depending on whether your truck has the Start Stop feature, it will be either a 40-amp or 50-amp fuse.
