In the Ford F-350, there are two fuse boxes. The first one, located in the passenger cabin, contains the fuse for the trailer. To locate this, check near the brake pedal on the driver's side. The trailer fuse should be rated at 20 amperes and is typically designated as number 6, but you can confirm this by consulting the diagram on the inside lid of the box. Your vehicle may include a plastic fuse removal tool in one of the fuse boxes; however, if not, you can use your fingers or pliers. To replace a blown fuse, simply pull it straight out of its slot and ensure the new fuse matches the proper ampere rating before gently inserting it into the vacant position. If you encounter persistent issues, there may be a problem with the wiring or electrical system that requires further investigation.
