Ok

The location of the headlight relay for the 2001 Ford F-150 can be found under the hood. To access the fuse box located underneath the hood of the vehicle, you will need to open the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a seam running around it. Inside, you will find the fuse. The lid of the box will have a diagram indicating which fuse serves which purpose. If this diagram is not present, you can refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you have identified the necessary fuse, remove it. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact - a broken strip indicates the fuse is no longer functional and needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, typically costing around $10.

This response is inaccurate. The illustration on the lid and the manual do not provide the necessary information. The second response, although correct, is unrelated to the relay. I am still searching for a valid answer.

I'm searching for a relay, not a fuse!

The headlight relay can be found in the fuse box on the driver's side under the hood. The relay setup for the Daytime Running Lights is located under a removable panel on the top of the dashboard on the passenger side of the car's interior. I shared both answers just in case you needed either one!
