For the 2006 Nissan Maxima, the horn fuse is situated in the engine compartment's fuse box, making it a bit tricky to access from inside the car. You'll have to pull the lever to open the hood, then find the fuse box located in front of the radiator overflow reservoir. Open the fuse box cover and inspect the bottom row of fuses; the horn relay will be the second one from the right, labeled with code E49 in the manual. Expect to spend around $20 for the fuse itself and an additional $30 for labor if you opt to have a professional replace the relay for you.
