Where can I find the horn fuse on a 2010 Chrysler Sebring?

In a 2010 Chrysler Sebring, there isn't a relay or fuse specifically dedicated to the horn's operation. Instead, the horn switch on the steering wheel communicates with the speed control switch, which then communicates with the steering control module, which finally connects to the TIPM through a data line. The TIPM is responsible for managing the power supply to the horn. The Sebring has two horns located behind the front bumper - one on the left side and one on the right side. If you're experiencing horn issues, you'll need to use a diagnostic tool connected to the OBD-II port to instruct the TIPM to activate the horn. If the horns still don't work, there may be an underlying problem with the TIPM or the wiring leading to the horns.

The horn fuse for a 2010 Chrysler Sebring is situated in the fuse compartment located beneath the vehicle's hood.

There is no fuse for the horn, and I can get it to work by using a jumper cable, but the alarm doesn't sound when I press the button or use the keys. I know the horn itself is not the issue because I can jump it. I'm an aspiring mechanic and I'm looking for suggestions on how to solve this problem with my 2009 Chrysler Sebring 2.4L Dual VVT. I appreciate any help in figuring this out. Kindly offer practical solutions; no need for silly responses. Thank you.
