The location of the horn relay for the 2013 VW Jetta can be found in the fuse box under the hood of the car. To access the fuse box under the hood, first, lift and secure the hood open. Look for a black box or case along the right side of the engine compartment with a seam running around it. Inside, you will find the fuse. The back of the case lid will have a diagram showing which fuse is for what function. If the diagram is not on the back of the box, check the owner's manual for your car. Identify the fuse you need and carefully pull it out. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections is intact. If it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, costing around $10.

Why are you discussing the fuse when I specifically asked about the relay?

There are no markers for the fuses or breakers in the interior or engine area, which is causing an issue with the non-functioning horn in my son's car. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information online either. Dealing with this car has been too much of a hassle and it's difficult to fix. I don't think I'll ever own a car like this.
