The horn relay for your 2007 Honda Civic is located in the engine bay of your SUV. To access it, first go to the front of your vehicle and use the prop arm on the left side to open the hood securely. Look in the front area of the bay near the battery, where you'll see the fuse box. Inside the fuse box, there are various fuses and switches. Use the code on the sticker on the lid of the black fuse box to identify the horn relay inside.
