In a 2017 Kia Forte, the jack, spare tire, jack handle, and wheel lug nut wrench are all stored in the rear luggage compartment area. To access them, start by opening the trunk and lifting the floor panel to reveal the jack and tire. The jack is securely held in a foam piece on top of the spare tire. Remember to never go under the vehicle using this jack unless you have a jack stand for support. This jack is meant for emergency flat tire situations only. When changing a tire, locate the jacking position tabs specific to the tire you are lifting, as they have additional support welded to the car for lifting safely.
