In a FIAT 500, the blue and me module is situated below the speaker on the driver's side in the back passenger area. To access it, you'll need to remove the trim panel. Before you start, disconnect the negative battery terminal as a safety precaution. To open the hood, pull the hood release lever inside the driver's door until you hear a pop, then move to the front of the car and release the hood latch. Use a 10-millimeter socket and ratchet to loosen the Bolt on the negative battery cable and detach it. Removing the module requires taking out the rear seats and the panel below the speaker. It may take some maneuvering to extract the module from the body.
