In a 2007 Chevy Silverado, you can find the OBD fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. First, pull the hood release lever located below and to the left of the steering wheel to open the hood. Then, walk around to the front of the vehicle, release the hood latch, and lift the hood. Once you are standing at the driver's side front fender and looking into the engine compartment, you will see the fuse block directly in front of you. The specific fuse you need to locate is on the far right of the box and is the third one up from the fender. It is a blue 15-amp blade style fuse. To identify it easily, refer to the fuse box diagram on the backside of the cover where it is labeled as "CIGAR 15-A" because the OBD port shares the same circuit as the cigarette lighter.
