You can locate the oil pressure switch for the 2001 Honda Odyssey just above the oil filter on the oil pan. It's a small plastic component with a wire connected to it. This switch is installed on the engine to monitor the oil pressure in your vehicle. If the pressure level is too high or too low, it will activate a warning light on your dashboard to alert you of an issue with the oil system. Without this switch, you may also notice that the oil pressure gauge is not functioning correctly, as it plays a key role in measuring and transmitting the pressure data to the ECU.
