In the 2007 Toyota RAV4, the power steering fluid reservoir is situated near the engine and is recognizable by a cap with a wheel emblem. To replace the power steering fluid, start by identifying the container, usually located under the hood near the windshield and made of clear plastic. Using a pump, remove all the fluid from the container. As the fluid level decreases, turn the steering wheel fully to one side, then the other, to allow the fluid in the system to drain into the container; ensure it is also removed. Once the container is empty, refill it up to the full line, avoiding overfilling. It may take some time for the steering to regain ease, so test it by driving for around 20 minutes to confirm the successful fluid change.

Situated near the motor, that piece of information is utterly nonsensical and futile.
