In the 2013 Dodge Challenger, the power steering reservoir is located behind the passenger side wheel well. To change the power steering fluid, start by finding the clear plastic container under the hood near the window. Use a pump to remove all the fluid from the reservoir. When the fluid level is low, turn the steering wheel all the way to one side and then to the other to let the remaining fluid drain into the container. Empty the container as well. Once it's dry, refill it to the full line (but not over). It might take some time for the steering wheel to loosen up, so drive for about 20 minutes to ensure the process was successful.

It's such a dumb spot for the power steering reservoir. Now I have to raise my freaking car just to add power steering fluid to it.
