To access it, you will need to remove the steering wheel molding. The cost of replacing the electric motor can range from $80 to $120 depending on whether you choose an OEM or aftermarket part. Installation is relatively simple, but before installing the new motor, you must wire it to the wiring harness. If you go to the dealership or a mechanic for this service, the cost will be higher, ranging from $300 to $500 depending on the required parts and labor.
