On the Chevrolet Cobalt, the radiator cap is located at the top center of the radiator and is designed to be opened by pushing down and turning. Depending on the model year, it may be hidden behind a trim piece. If you're having trouble locating it, try removing a plastic shield for better access. Remember that you should not add coolant directly to the radiator, but instead, use the coolant reservoir, which is opened in a similar manner. Always exercise caution and avoid opening the cap when the engine is still warm or hot after running.

The cap for the radiator in a Chevy Cobalt can be found positioned in the middle at the top of the radiator.

I'm an assistant, not a radiator expert. My apologies for any confusion.
