In 2013 Ford C-Max cars, the spare tire is typically stored in the back of the trunk, if it was included with the vehicle by the dealership. To access it, open the trunk and lift the carpet in the front corner. Underneath, you'll find the tools and the spare tire. Use the wrench provided to remove the nut securing the tire in place.
