The 2005 Ford F-350 pickup truck is equipped with a turbine speed sensor, known as a TSS, which is located in the engine bay. To locate it, you should first open the hood of your vehicle by using the arm located on the side of the compartment. Then, check along the top of the transmission, towards the left or passenger's side of the engine block, where you will find the turbine speed sensor positioned closest to the front of the transmission. It's important to identify this location specifically because there are two other sensors on the transmission: the ISS (Intermediate Speed Sensor) is positioned in the middle, and the OSS (Output Speed Sensor) is located at the rear.

Along with TSS and VSS, the 2005 F350 is equipped with 4 separate Wheel Speed Sensors that send data to the Antilock Braking System. These sensors are positioned at each wheel, situated behind the brake discs or drums, on the wheel shafts.
