The 2005 Honda Accord starter relay can be found in the fuse box located to the left of the steering wheel. Look for a small seam or crack along the dash, and use a screwdriver or prybar to open it. Inside the fuse box, you will find a variety of fuses. Check the back of the panel you opened for a diagram explaining the functions of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle. Identify the fuse you need, then remove it - the intact fuses will have a thin strip of metal connecting the two sections. If this strip is broken, the fuse is bad and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, you can reinsert the fuse. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, typically around 10 dollars.
