The starter solenoid on a 2007 Honda Civic can be found near the passenger side axle. Accessing it may be a bit challenging, so it's best to first check the relay located in the interior fuse box by the driver's side hood release. If you determine that the issue lies with the starter, you'll need to remove the components above it and then take out the two 14 millimeter bolts fastening it to the chassis. After that, disconnect the wires connected to it. Expect to pay around $100 for a new starter at a store like Autozone, while a used one from a platform like eBay might cost about half that amount.
