Certain Ford Transit Connect models and trims include a removable tow hook as standard, while others may not have this feature. However, you can easily install an aftermarket tow hook on most Transit Connect vehicles by identifying the correct attachment points. These aftermarket tow hooks are typically available for around $30 and can be screwed directly into the front or rear of the vehicle. To find the suitable locations for installation, locate the holes in your Connect's body, usually situated on the right and left sides of the front bumper via access ports. While having a tow hook can be convenient, it's preferable never to have to use it, for obvious reasons.
