Jonnie was spot on about the clicking noise under the fuse panel in the engine compartment. Just so you know, the clicking was caused by a PCB relay that is fixed within the fuse panel itself. I once worked on a Chevy Silverado where the marker light would remain on even after the key was taken out, and, you guessed it, the issue was due to a relay that was stuck.

I'm looking for the flasher module in a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I can hear it clicking under the fuse panel on the driver's side in the engine compartment. There's also a clicking sound near the radio in the dashboard. I checked behind the driver's knee panel, but didn't see a flasher unit at the metal cutout. Is the flasher unit integrated into the body control module in the 2008 model?
