I used Penzoil 5-30 dexos in my 2015 V6 Equinox and typically changed the oil every 5,000 miles. Before, I would burn around 2 quarts of oil. However, since switching to full synthetic dexos at 5,000 miles, my oil level remains consistently at the full line.
