The Ford F-150 may stall while driving due to issues with the ignition coil packs failing, which can lead to problematic battery issues over time. The battery may drain quickly, potentially causing leaks and fluid spills. A cracked case may also develop and require a full replacement. If the battery is completely drained, it will need recharging or replacement. Eventually, the battery will lose effectiveness and will need to be changed every 50,000 to 60,000 miles. While it may cost some money, you will need to spend to maintain your car's performance.

The throttle actuator is different from the coils. It is recommended to replace the throttle body along with its associated components. Faulty coils can lead to the engine misfiring while driving, but it won't necessarily cause the engine to shut off completely. Keep in mind that there are 8 coils, so not all of them will fail simultaneously.
