The key fobs have a dead battery, and they all require a CR2032 battery, which costs about $5 each. These batteries are small, coin-shaped, and can be found where regular batteries are sold. To replace the battery, you will need to take off the back panel of the fob. Some fobs may require you to pull down the back panel to slide it off, allowing you to swap the old battery with a new one. However, some fobs may need you to unscrew a couple of tiny screws before changing the battery. A small screwdriver will be handy for this task.
