I'm sorry, I don't know the solution to your problem, but it could be related to the Clock spring. I was recently given a quote of A$915 to replace/repair it. I think this is a significant problem on Subaru's part and should be subject to a recall. Has anyone else experienced problems with their horn not working or received similar advice?
