If the radio display in your 2007 Ford Explorer isn't functioning, there's a small wheel to the left of the steering wheel that you can turn with your thumb. This wheel controls the interior lights and can adjust the brightness of the dashboard and radio lights. Give it a try as this might solve the issue. If that doesn't work, attempt unplugging and replugging the radio unit. If the problem persists, you'll likely have to get a new unit as the display bulb cannot be replaced.

I own a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT. I faced a similar problem and decided to remove the radio. I found a YouTube tutorial on soldering and successfully repaired it, which lasted for 3 years.

If the radio in a 2007 Ford Explorer isn't functioning, it could be due to a blown fuse.
