The main reasons your Lincoln MKC touch screen may not be working include a malfunctioning screen or a frozen unit that requires a reset. If the screen is on but not responding to touch, you can try forcing a reboot by holding down the power button for about 15-20 seconds. If that doesn't work, you can opt to hard reset the entire system, but be aware that this will erase all your saved settings and radio stations. To do this, simply disconnect the negative battery terminal for approximately 15 minutes, then reconnect it and test the display. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it's best to have the dealer inspect the screen, as it may be defective.
