This discrepancy could be because the vehicle was ordered without the wireless charging option. To check if the vehicle indeed has wireless charging, remove the rubber mat and see if the surface underneath has a rectangular depression shaped like a charger. If the surface is completely flat, it means the vehicle does not have wireless charging. It's not an error in the manufacturing process, so there is no need to file a claim for this situation.
