Also, their pricing is much more affordable than their competitors while offering almost the same features.

JJoseph HernandezWell i paid for a report because i thought it would tell ya who bought the vehicle but it doesn't sadly. My grandpa used to own this truck and he sold it out of impulsive thought. I was trying to find it to maybe buy it back and retain all of the memories that are attached to that truck. (Since he has previously passed) I wish the buying site would clarify what specifically being purchased instead of giving vague information. At least i found my grandpa's old truck and know its still out there somewhere.
SSteveI’ve used EpicVIN twice now and am very happy with the amount of info they provide and how it’s laid out. Only thing I’d like to see an improvement on is the printed version needs to have bolder type and graphics and pictures if any. I had pictures of damage due to an accident a vehicle that I was looking at purchasing and the pictures were very small when printed and hard to see. I had to go back and save the photos I wanted and print them separately. Really helped in lowering the cost fro dealer.
BBetty PfefferI have a classic car, and am researching its history. Most VIN lookup services have no information, because many cars from this era have fewer digits in the VIN than modern cars do. I didn’t want to waste time or money paying for a report that had little to no information. I reached out to customer service with my VIN. Alice in particular was very patient and thorough, and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased to find that EpicVIN did have historical data that I wasn’t able to get elsewhere.

You can check literally everything, and most importantly information about accidents and about the owners. Yes, the full report on the car is paid and does not come immediately, but it takes some time. But you can be 100% sure that the seller is not lying, or lied. I recommend it to everyone.

However, I would like to suggest that you include your summative professional opinion about the car, precisely telling your customers whether they are about to make a bad choice or a good one, probably on a scale of 1 to 10. I think most likely, you want to be objective and leave the customers to decide for themselves after you have presented all the facts. While some would not care about your summative opinion based on the presented fact, for some others, that might be the game changer on whether they will choose your service or if they would go with one of your rivals. That summative opinion was included in the sample report I got from one of your rivals and that almost made me prefer their report. Anyways, I finally decided to go with EpicVin regardless.
