    The information that I was able to find on the car of my choice was precise and accurate. As well as in detail of the complete cars history. There was an issue that I was charged for a full subscription and after communication with customer service they were able to help me promptly and efficiently.

    Great reports saved me from purchasing a car with a shady history. The owner was failing disclose a major accident and the fact that the car had failed safety inspection and was abandoned for three years. Found a better car with a clear history.

    Before finding EpicVIN, I was looking for a "free" vin report website to verify I was about to be scammed or get a great car. I signed up for the free trial, ran the report and was stunned by the AMOUNT OF INFO WITH PICS of the car I was looking at !! I am an EpicVIN subscriber and will not use anybody else ever again. Even their Support Team responded within 24hr and altho my original requests were not granted, she gave a "counter-offer that DID work and I didn't have it drag it out of them. It was part of the original emailed response.... AMAZING! THANKS AGAIN, LILY, YOU ARE THE GOAT!!!

    I would add the ability to do title searches and find the names and addresses of current and former owners of vehicles.

    GREAT AND CARING STAFF!! I had missed that the free trial my husband signed up for had changed over to a monthly subscription. ($49.99) Because my husband passed away, I had just blindly paid three months bills. Alice Coleman initially got one month refunded per their company policy and offered me credit for future purchases but later notified my that their manager had approved a full refund on all 3 months. I was SO grateful for their generosity in a time that has been extremely rough emotionally and financially.

    I looked at 5 other sites and epicvin I went with because you don’t have to get a membership. I’m leery of those sites, plus I don’t want to have to go back in and email or call someone to cancel (don’t want to spend the time… ironic that I’m spending that time here LOL). It’s a little pricier but easy and quick to use, and worth the few extra dollars since I just wanted one report.

    I've been using their subscription for a couple of months, and I really like it. It's a no-brainer to pay once a month for unlimited reports, very worthy, fee is reasonable. I had to cancel at some point, and they made it easy too. Will re-subscribe again for sure.

    A lot of information. Not everything I wanted. Reasonable detail. I, now, know more about this vehicle. I think I got my money's worth out of the car and the report. I think the report is a good idea. I recommend it.

    I had the opportunity to speak to a Ms. Alice. Very helpful. I had most of the information I needed, but this site, by FAR has the most information. I have used three or four sites to include EPIC VIN to find our more information on a vehicle that was parted out in April of 2023 after its fifth accident. I was also salvaged once or twice prior to its "last" accident. It appears it was in two more accidents after the March 2023 accident. On April 18, 2023 it was alleged to be Junk and Salvaged, but on May 17 and 26 this vehicle was in two more accidents. What was not told EPIC VIN would not have information on this, but that is why I do what I do. Research. So, I am not traveling to TX to possibly purchase for parts or sell to a salvage company in my state.
