The 2019 Honda Pilot requires full synthetic oil with an SAE 0W-20 rating and can hold up to 5.7 quarts. Before changing the oil in the car, ensure it has been parked and turned off for a couple of hours to prevent burns from hot oil. Locate the oil pan and drain plug in the engine compartment, place a bucket under the plug, and remove it to let the oil drain out completely. Once the dripping stops, reattach the drain plug and locate the intake port on the top of the oil pan. Use a funnel to refill the oil pan to the full level, avoiding overfilling to prevent leaks and oil burning off. After filling, close the port, clean up any spilled oil, and you are all set.

This situation is ridiculous. You don't have to wait for an hour to drain the oil completely. Just drain it until the flow slows down. Replace the filter. You'll find it close to the front of the passenger side front brake rotor. The simplest way to access it is by lifting the car and turning the steering wheel fully to the right.
