There is no way to turn off the brake light wear indicator on a 2002 Lexus LS430. When this light comes on, it means the sensor in the brakes has detected that the brake pads are too thin. If you have already changed the brakes and the light is still on, you will need to replace the brake pad wear sensor. Since these sensors are meant to wear out, it is recommended to replace them each time you install new brake pads. It is also a good idea to inspect the sensors regularly, even between brake pad changes, and replace them when necessary. The wiring and clips can be damaged over time due to heat from the brakes.
To turn off the brake wear indicator on a 2002 Lexus LS430, you'll have to swap out the brake sensor located on the brake pad.
