To address most of the Nissan Murano clock problems, simply reset the system by removing the negative battery terminal for at least 5 minutes. After disconnecting the terminal, press and hold the POWER button on the radio for 5 to 10 seconds to fully discharge all electricity. However, if the issue persists and a reset doesn't work, one driver found that the vehicle wouldn't retain the time input. In this case, it is advised to access the administrative menu to reset to default settings. With the car on and in park and radio off, press and hold the SETTINGS button while turning the VOLUME knob counterclockwise. Look for the clear memory option, select it, and proceed with the reset.

I followed your instructions to reset my device from the admin settings by holding down the settings and volume buttons, then choosing to erase all personal settings. After that, the screen went black and now it won't turn back on. Can you tell me what went wrong? Thank you.

Commonly, issues with the clock in the Nissan Murano arise from a depleted battery.
