If you stay calm and give it some time, the alarm in a 2005 Honda Pilot will stop on its own after two minutes as the system resets. If you prefer to reset the system yourself, you can unlock the door with either the key or the remote control; locking it again will activate the system once more. It's important to note that resetting the system is not the same as deactivating the security feature, which involves pressing the UNLOCK button on your remote control or using the key to unlock the driver's side door, and then starting the engine by turning on the ignition completely.
To disable the alarm on a 2005 Honda Pilot, insert the key into the driver's side door lock. Turn the key to unlock, then lock, and finally unlock again. Afterwards, insert the key into the ignition and allow the vehicle to run for a minimum of ten minutes.
I've tried everything, but the alarm just won't stop. I even disconnected the battery cables in an attempt to resolve the issue.
