If there are problems with the climate control system in your Ford Expedition, there could be a few causes. If the blend actuator motor is malfunctioning, you won't be able to adjust the air temperature or airflow in the car. If the fan motor is faulty, the air won't circulate properly, though you may still hear noise when you turn it on. If nothing seems to be working, it's possible that a fuse has blown. In that case, locate the fuse box either under the hood or to the left of the steering wheel and replace the fuse. Additionally, a malfunctioning temperature sensor near the fan motor could also cause erratic behavior in the actuator and provide inaccurate temperature readings.
The primary issue that frequently occurs with the air conditioning system in Ford Expeditions is a refrigerant leakage.
