Since you haven't specified a model year, I will use the 2019 Honda Clarity Plug-in as a reference, but the maintenance tasks I'll discuss should be similar for all years. You need to regularly check certain items for upkeep. Each month, inspect the brake fluid visually and then assess the tire pressure and tread wear, looking for any signs of damage. Also, check the exterior lights monthly, and examine the windshield wiper blades every six months. Your Maintenance Minder system will alert you when the fluids need changing. Typically, you'll replace the cabin air filter every 15,000 miles, change the transmission fluid at 47,500-mile intervals, and replace the air filter every 15,000 miles. Make sure to change the oil every 7,500 miles using the appropriate synthetic oil.
The only upkeep needed for your Honda Clarity beyond regular maintenance at scheduled intervals is changing its fluids and filters, and rotating the tires. No other services are necessary even once the vehicle reaches 100,000 miles or more.
