If your Dodge Dart's radio isn't functioning, you likely have a blown fuse. To access the fuse box, locate a small seam or crack to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it. Inside, you'll find various fuses. The back of the panel you removed should have a diagram showing each fuse's purpose. If not, check the vehicle's owner's manual. Identify the faulty fuse and pull it out – a broken metal strip connecting the two raised sections indicates a bad fuse. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, typically around $10.
The issue with radio reception in the 2013 Dodge Dart is sporadic signal loss or static due to a faulty antenna connection to the radio.
