I've had to replace 3 radio displays, attempted reprogramming, and I believe Chevrolet is at fault. The third replacement set me back $650, and I am currently in a disagreement with General Motors over this issue.

I encountered the same problem and had to take it to the dealer for reprogramming and screen replacement, which cost over $600. It should be recalled, but that hasn't happened yet.

The dealers are unaware of the issue with my 2015 Colorado. I left my truck at the dealer for two days, and even though the diagnostic fee is $175, they waived it because they couldn't determine the cause. Maybe GM knows the answer - could it be related to a recall on the infotainment system?
