Should you need to purchase a replacement on your own, it typically costs around $110 to $140 at most stores. When installing a new battery, start by disconnecting the negative and positive cables to access the bolts securing the battery. Once removed, lift the old battery out carefully due to its weight. Place the new battery in position, secure it with bolts, reconnect the cables, and you're all set.
