Resetting the uconnect in a 2018 Dodge Journey is an easy process. Just press and hold the volume up and tune buttons simultaneously for around 10 seconds until you hear a beep and the screen goes black. After about 20 seconds, the screen will turn back on. Allow it to sit for approximately 10 minutes as it completes the reset. When it beeps again, the reset process will be finished.

The buttons are not available on the device. The volume is adjusted with a knob, and the tune can be changed by either touching the screen or using a knob. It's not possible to press and hold any of these controls.
