The 2015 Ford F-150 uses a standard H11 bulb for the low beam lights and a 9005 bulb for the high beams. These bulbs are widely available at major auto parts stores if they need to be replaced. If your headlights are not working, start by checking the fuses. If the fuses are fine, then inspect the wiring at the back of the housing to ensure it is secure and clean. If the wiring looks good, the most probable issue is that the bulb has burned out and will require replacement.
