When your Acura displays code A123, don't worry—it's not a diagnostic trouble code. Instead, it's a maintenance reminder to change your oil and filter, rotate the tires, and replace the in-cabin air filter. If you've already taken care of these tasks and want to clear the code, follow these steps: Start your car without starting the engine, navigate to the tire pressure and SHAWD notification using the select/reset button. Hold down the select/reset button for 10 seconds until the oil reset prompt appears. Choose RESET, then turn off your Acura. The reminder light should now be reset.
If your Acura is displaying an A123 code, it indicates that maintenance tasks, like an oil change, transmission fluid change, tire rotation, or engine air filter replacement are needed to keep your vehicle in good condition.
