The back window of a 2018 Ford F-150 measures 63-1/2" in length and 16-7/8" in height. I advise against attempting to replace the rear window by yourself, as it needs to be properly sealed to prevent water from entering the cabin. However, if you're feeling adventurous, start by folding down the rear seats and removing the plastic trim panels surrounding the window. As you take off the plastic trim, you will see screws with nuts attached. Remove the nuts, and then you can push out the old window, though be aware that there is adhesive securing it in place, which may make it a bit challenging. You will need to thoroughly clean off all the old adhesive, which is easier to do with a heat gun to warm it up. Next, install the new window, secure the nuts, and reattach the trim panels.
The rear window of the 2018 Ford F-150 measures 63 inches wide at the bottom, 53 inches wide at the top, and stands at 15 inches tall.
